Palazzo Donizetti Hotel

charming hotel with vintage building in the strategic location for tourist. their room was comfortable, their breakfast selection was great. the only issue was the wi-fi in the room was not working and they didn’t fix it for my whole 3 nights stay even after I lodged a complaint.

The rooms were just okay, the cleaners did a great job with the daily service. Unfortunately, we had issues with the first room we were placed in. That the hotel knew about yet still placed us there (smells from drains and air-conditioning rattling). We were moved to a second room that was unfortunately a complete downgrade from what we had booked and paid for, smaller, double bed (booked for a king), with a terrible view of a messy construction site and no room for luggage, obviously unhappy about this we raised this to the staff. It took a long time (6hours) for them to rectify the issues but eventually got moved to a suitable room similar to the first one. The staff were not all working as a team and throughout the stay I received different information from each staff member regarding small things such as breakfast opening hours, access to the rooftop for some sunshine, pool access, available working spaces and the Airport transfers. This hotel has a lot of potential for growth and improvement.

They did an excellent job; I felt relaxed, the body massage was wonderful, the sunna and washing were perfectly clean, and I found the staff very friendly and professional.

I had 6 nights stay at Palazzo Donizetti hotel this month and it was not the first time I had stayed at this hotel two years ago. This hotel is fabulous i am in love with all its details. From the name to the location to the service all is excellent. Location is perfect Rooms are well designed and cleaned daily. Breakfast this time was richer, and more delicious than before. Love it Staff are very polite and helpful. The design of hotel is like entering a palace wonderful.

I stayed there for two weeks with my father and brother, excellent accessibility, cleanliness and acceptable rooms, average breakfast. You shouldn't expect a luxury five-star hotel, but of course it is even better, as for noise, all the hotels in Istanbul have the same situation, and most of the hotel windows do not have a view, this is not a problem. Finally it is one of the best hotels in terms of management, access, cleanliness, and comfort , I have tried most hotels in Istanbul and this hotel is one of the best.

Very good for the promotional price we paid. Good-sized clean room. Staff provided great service - thankyou! Rooftop view is excellent. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well. While we asked for a quiet room high up in the building, we heard loud music from the street below late into the early hours, despite being on the 4th floor. Nonetheless, would happily stay again.

This was a small but very clean and a very good service, the rooms are clean the service is fantastic, the breakfast was very good, but the hotel has no view and they just advertise for the rooms which are not the real advertisement, the rooms are given in 2 floors and the breakfast is not served at the rooftop. But generally it is an excellent hotel, by the way the location in also fantastic
